My Cancellation Policy

The first time you request to reschedule and give at least 48 hours notice, your deposit still goes towards the final cost of the tattoo.

Requesting an additional reschedule OR requesting to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment slot forfeits your deposit entirely. a new $100 deposit will be required for each additional reschedule after that first free one.

Fully cancelling your appointment for any reason means your non-refundable deposit stays with me.

Tardiness of 15 minutes or more without communication is considered a no-call no-show: no-call, no-show's mean your deposit is forfeited and another deposit must be put down before we schedule another session. i will no longer accept appointments with you after your second no-call, no-show.

On my end...

If I have something come up within 2 days of our appointment slot, I always offer the option of rescheduling OR fully cancelling the appointment and refunding you your deposit.
